1. Agreement to Terms

By registering for the Neurquel™ Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Your participation is voluntary and subject to immediate review and approval.

2. Eligibility & Enrollment

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You must have a valid PayPal account for commission payouts.
• All applications are manually reviewed.
• Neurquel™ reserves the absolute right to deny any application or terminate any account at any time, for any reason, without explanation or prior notice.

4. Tracking Responsibility

• Commissions are tracked exclusively via your unique affiliate link.
• You are entirely responsible for using the correct, current tracking URL.
• We are not liable for sales lost due to incorrect link usage, browser settings, or customer behavior (e.g., clearing cookies).

5. Affiliate Conduct

You Must Not:

• Make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about Neurquel™ or its effects.
• Impersonate Neurquel™ or imitate our branding deceptively.
• Engage in unsolicited mass email (spam) or contact.
• Use unauthorized coupon codes, fake discounts, or use coupon sites.

You Must:

• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines in all promotional materials.
• Promote Neurquel™ honestly and ethically, reflecting the product’s focus on scientific clarity.

6. Marketing Guidelines

• You may only use pre-approved creatives and product copy provided by Neurquel™.
• Any custom marketing material, including email copy or ad text, requires prior written approval from Neurquel™.
• Forbidden: No Pay-Per-Click (PPC) bidding is allowed on the brand term “Neurquel,” misspellings, or variations (e.g., “Neurquel supplement,” “Neurquel dry formula”).
• You may not create social media accounts or domains using the Neurquel™ name or likeness.

7. Account Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for any violation of these terms.
• Upon termination, any commissions earned but unpaid will be immediately forfeited.

8. Modifications

Neurquel™ reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Continued participation after a modification notice constitutes your binding acceptance of the new terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Neurquel™ is not liable for any indirect damages, loss of expected income, or other negative consequences resulting from your participation in the program.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
