Eligibility for Guarantee & Returns

• **Product Performance (Guarantee):** If you are unsatisfied with the product performance, you are eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
• **Physical Returns:** We only accept physical returns if the product is **unused, unopened, and in its original packaging**. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
• **Exclusions:** We do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

• Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.

Missing Refunds

Exchanges & Sales

**Sale Items:** Only regular priced items are eligible for refund. All sales on discounted items are final.

**Exchanges:** We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Email us at **support@neurquel.com** if you need an exchange.

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit upon return. Otherwise, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping for Returns

To initiate a physical return, you must first contact us at support@neurquel.com for shipping instructions and authorization.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your total refund.

For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
