Why Neurquel™ Exists
Autonomic hyperhidrosis remains one of the most misunderstood and under-researched conditions in clinical medicine. Standard treatments focus on sweat suppression without addressing the underlying autonomic dysfunction.
Neurquel™ was created following over a decade of self-funded research into the relationship between sympathetic overactivation, peripheral nerve pathways, and excessive sweating. The protocol integrates physiologic tracking, wearable data, targeted supplements, and selective pharmacologic interventions customized per patient.
This protocol is now open to medical collaboration for validation, case studies, and clinical refinement.
Core principles behind the Neurquel™ protocol
The eccrine sweat glands are innervated by sympathetic cholinergic fibers, a rare exception in the autonomic system, making them uniquely sensitive to dysregulation.
Patients often present with signs of heightened sympathetic tone, including palmar hyperhidrosis, cold extremities, and parasympathetic suppression.
SCN9A gene variants have been linked to autonomic instability and excessive sweating. Research supports modulation via alpha-2A adrenergic pathways.
Neurquel incorporates continuous tracking of HRV, skin conductance, and temperature to map autonomic response in real time.
The protocol layers pharmacologic agents (e.g., clonidine, propranolol) with supplements (e.g., L-citrulline, ALA) based on patient-specific physiologic patterns.
Neurquel is structured for clinical case studies, longitudinal data collection, and partner-driven validation in real-world settings.
Neurquel™
Join longitudinal case studies or IRB-based trials. We welcome input on tracking design, patient segmentation, and outcome reporting.
Collaborate on pharmacologic adaptation of the protocol, from alpha-2 agonists to adjunct therapies, using patient tracking as a feedback loop.
Refer patients into our system for remote monitoring, protocol enrollment, or case-building. Reciprocal partnerships available.
Work alongside our team to co-create personalized variants of the Neurquel protocol for niche patient types or co-morbid conditions.
We welcome inquiries from clinicians, researchers, and institutions interested in exploring autonomic nervous system modulation and hyperhidrosis care. Whether you’re seeking data, collaboration, or early protocol access, we’d be glad to connect.
