This Wasn’t Just Sweat It Was Survival Mode

It started when I was 11 years old I remember the desk soaked in sweat
Everyone stared
I wanted to disappear

The Origin Story

I still remember the day it started. I was 11 years old, sitting in school, sharing a desk with a classmate.

Out of nowhere, my hands started to sweat. Not just a little  it was like someone spilled water on the desk. I was horrified. Everyone looked. I wanted to vanish.

That moment changed everything. From then on, my hands, feet, and underarms would sweat uncontrollably. Even in the cold. My fingers would turn yellow. Nothing made sense.

I grew up in Jordan, where no one had answers. My mother told me my uncle had something similar and just used a towel. That turned out to be false but it made me feel like this was something I had to live with.

Through school, I rushed through exams because my sweat soaked the paper.
In college, I avoided dating because I couldn’t hold hands.
At work, I was drenched during a presentation.

When I moved to New York, I finally started seeing doctors. Every one of them treated it like a skin issue. Some offered surgery. Some recommended Botox which I tried. One of the most painful experiences of my life.

My hands went numb. I couldn’t grip anything. And the sweat still came back.

I felt hopeless.

Every Doctor Treated It Like a Skin Problem

I went from one doctor to another. Dermatologists. General practitioners. Even neurologists.

Every one of them treated my sweating like a skin problem.

Some suggested surgery. Some gave me creams.

One recommended Botox  and I tried it. It was one of the most painful experiences of my life

My hands went numb. I couldn’t hold anything.

And the sweating was still there.

That’s when I realized they weren’t seeing the full picture.
They were treating the symptom. Not the system.

They saw the sweat. But not what was underneath

What They Never Saw Was the Daily Damage

In school, I rushed through every exam because the paper would soak through.

In college, I avoided dating because I couldn’t hold hands.

At work, I stood up to present and could feel sweat rolling down my sides.
My shirt was soaked before the first slide even loaded.

I started choosing jobs based on how cold the office was.
I avoided elevators. Shook hands quickly.
I kept napkins in my pockets like armor.

It wasn’t just inconvenient.

It was exhausting.

I started shrinking my life down just to survive it.

The Gaslight Years

Doctors told me it was anxiety.
That I just needed to “manage stress”Family said I was overreacting.
That everyone sweats a little.

But I knew what I felt.
I knew how fast it came on. How cold the sweat was.
How it hijacked my body.

Still, when every test came back “normal”…
When every expert dismissed it with a shrug…
I started to wonder if I was imagining it.

I stopped trying to explain.
Stopped trying to get help.

And for a while, I just disappeared into the pain.
Pretending I was fine.
Numbing myself just to make it through the day.

The Turning Point

One day, I stopped waiting for someone to fix it.

No more specialists. No more shrugs.

I became the researcher, the subject, and the test case.

I tracked everything my food, my mood, my sweat patterns, my triggers.

I studied the nervous system. I experimented with medications and supplements.
I read obscure journals no doctor had time for.

I didn’t just want relief.

I wanted to understand why this was happening.

And eventually, the pieces started clicking into place.

When No One Had the Answer, I Became the Research

No one listened. No one believed.
I waited. I suffered. I studied.
Until I became the very system I once begged for help

I stopped waiting for doctors to connect the dots. I had already lived it.

I had tracked hundreds of data points sweating patterns, sleep cycles, food reactions, heart rate spikes, pelvic shutdowns, mental fog, emotional triggers, even weather.

When I laid it all out… a pattern emerged.

This wasn’t random. It was survival mode. My body wasn’t broken it was hijacked by trauma and stress signals deep in my nervous system.

I wasn’t dealing with hyperhidrosis alone. I was dealing with a full-body autonomic cascade. Something no standard treatment could touch.

That’s when I started building the Neurquel Protocol not as a miracle cure, but as a system to retrain the body to feel safe again.

And it worked. Not all at once. Not perfectly. But enough to change everything.

What Makes Neurquel Different

Everyone focuses on the sweat. I mapped the system behind it.

Most treatments go after glands. Or skin. Or symptoms.
Neurquel tracks the source: the nervous system.

This isn’t just hyperhidrosis. It’s a full-body autonomic cascade triggered by trauma, stress, and invisible patterns.

Neurquel uses real-time symptom tracking, wearable data, and trauma-aware modeling to expose what doctors miss:
The feedback loops driving shutdowns, spirals, and sweat.

Your sweat isn’t random.
And neither is your recovery.

It’s Not Just Sweat. Your Nervous System Runs the Whole Show

Hyperhidrosis isn’t isolated. It’s a dysregulation of the autonomic nervous system, the part that regulates sweating, heart rate, digestion, blood pressure, and more.

When that system misfires, the symptoms cascade far beyond the skin:

  • abnormal thermoregulation

  • cardiovascular instability

  • gastrointestinal dysfunction

  • cognitive fog and sensory overwhelm

  • urinary urgency or shutdown

Neurquel captures these patterns in real time using biometric data, trauma-informed modeling, and a retraining protocol designed to restore nervous system stability, not just suppress the symptoms

Is Neurquel for You?

Neurquel is for anyone dealing with unexplained, excessive sweating, especially when it doesn’t make sense.

It’s designed for people who’ve been told:

  • “It’s just in your head”

  • “Your tests look normal”

  • Or worse, nothing at all

Whether it hits your hands, feet, underarms, or entire body… whether it starts after a shower, during the day, or in moments of stress…
Neurquel helps you track, understand, and start regaining control.

This isn’t just about sweat. It’s about what comes with it:

  • Sudden waves of cold or heat

  • Brain fog, panic, or fatigue

  • Feeling like your body is crashing or shutting down

You don’t need a diagnosis. You don’t need a perfect explanation.
You just need to know something’s off and be ready to do something about it.

Excessive sweating, also known as hyperhidrosis, is deeply personal.
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. That’s why Neurquel is built to help you discover what works for your specific symptoms, patterns, and nervous system responses.

You’ll log your symptoms. Track your vitals.
And follow a personalized roadmap grounded in real data and experience.

You’re not alone anymore.
You’re not crazy.
And you’re not stuck

You Don’t Have to Keep Guessing. There’s a System for That

Excessive sweating isn’t just a skin issue. Neurquel™ is built to decode the full body patterns behind it and help you track your way out

Our Research & Ethics Commitment

We Believe in Doing This the Right Way.

Neurquel™ is a self-funded research protocol created with care, curiosity, and decades of lived experience. Every part of this system is designed to honor your autonomy, protect your data, and help us move the science forward  together.

Your participation is always voluntary. Results may vary from person to person, but your journey and your feedback help shape a protocol that could transform lives.

We respect your privacy. We do not sell or share your data. You can read our full Research Ethics Statement and Privacy Policy for more detail.

Our mission is to build a smarter system for treating excessive sweating. Not just quick fixes, real solutions, grounded in biology and informed by real people like you.
